Are you fond of a tasty, sturdy cup of coffee ? Then percolator or moka pot is definitely recommended. With the Alessi Ossidiana percolator you put espresso in an authentic way.
How does a percolator work?
Unscrew the top of the percolator and remove the insert for the coffee. Pour water into the water reservoir, fill the filter insert with freshly ground coffee. Place it on the reservoir and screw the top back onto the water tank. Place the Ossidiana percolator on a heat source. You can use the percolator on all heat sources . As soon as the water boils, this bubbles up, through the coffee, to the 'free space' at the top. Now you are ready to serve a nice cup of coffee.
