Basil Tour
This luxurious double bicycle bag, suitable for almost any luggage carrier, has handy click-on clasps and pre-cut and stitched gaps for bungee cords. Because of the cut-outs on top of the bags and the slanting front, the bag will fit any bike and takes the LED rear light into account. Because of the sloping sides, you will not kick the bags while cycling.

The bags both have a zipped side pocket, very handy for storing sunglasses or some change, for example. If you find yourself cycling in the rain, which of course won't be the exception in The United Kingdom, then the bags and their contents are well protected because of the water-resistant polyester. The top has a soft padding, so someone riding on your luggage carrier won't get a wooden you-know-what.
