Coronavirus: frequently asked questions

The world is currently under the spell of the coronavirus pandemic. Measures are being taken everywhere and people are staying at home en masse. For us, too, this has certain implications on the service we can offer.
As a rule, the flow of goods will continue but there are some adjustments.

General guidelines for delivery
Worldwide it is advised to keep sufficient distance from each other. This also means that when delivering your parcel, the deliverer will keep at least 1.5 meters distance from you. Also, you will not be asked for a signature but may be asked for the last 3 digits of your proof of identity. So it is handy to have these at hand.

Delivery time
The transport sector throughout the world is under enormous pressure during this period. This means that delays can occur both in the delivery of goods to our warehouse and in the shipment of parcels to customers. We always keep you informed via the automatic mails and tracking data provided by our carriers. For the time being, we do everything we can to keep shipping packages as undisturbed as possible.

Pick up at PostNL points
The closure of many stores is also greatly reducing the number of PostNL collection points on offer. PostNL tries to send parcels to other collection points or have them delivered to your home address. If there are any problems with this, they will let you know in the tracking data.

Reachability
Like many other companies, we also work from home as much as possible. As a result, our telephone customer service is not available during this period. However, we are open during our normal opening hours and can be reached via chat, email or social media.
