Are you going on a trip? The La Siesta Colibri is the ideal travel companion! Just like the colibri (hummingbird) this hammock is small, colourful and ultra light. This hammock is made of parachute fabric (nylon), a light and robust material. This is breathable material and dries quickly. This hammock weighs only 0.68 kg and can be folded into a compact package so that it is easy to carry. With dimensions of 250 × 150 centimeters, it is suitable for one person. The weight limit of the hammock is 180 kilogram.

How do you hang a hammock?
Before you can use a hammock, you have to hang it up in a suitable place. The La Siesta Colibri comes supplied with the so called EasyAdjust. This is a handy hanging kit which includes two polyester ropes (both three metres long) and two UV- resistant lightweight synthetic hooks. With EasyAdjust the hanging of your travel hammock is very simple. With this hanging kit the hammock can be installed in all types of places, for example in a tree, on a rock or on the mast of a ship.

Place in your hammock
Is your hammock hung up safely? Then you can start relaxing! The best way to get in a hammock is to turn your back towards it, grab the hammock with your hands and then sit down. After that you can find a comfortable position. The most comfortable position in a traditional hammock is diagonally. Getting out is done by first moving your legs out of the hammock. Attention!Never put your feet in the hammock first, do not practice gymnastics in it and never put your head between the ropes.
