The Professional pan has an encapsulated flat bottom of four millimeters, which ensures optimal heat conduction and distribution. This makes your sauce or soup evenly warm. The pan is available in multiple sizes.
Maintenance
The pan has a sturdy and heat resistant handle with which you can easily lift and move the pan. You can use the saucepan on all heat sources , including induction. After use, simply clean the pan in the dishwasher. There is a 25-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
