Weight cuffs are meant to intensify certain workouts by adding weight to, for example, the arms, legs or the upper body. If you regularly run, you can wear wrist and ankle weights for greater resistance. This makes the training much more intense and the condition will improve with the right training schedule.
A weight vest gives the torso more weight and is useful for example in abdominal exercises. Therefore it is excellent to use in combination with our abdominal trainers. Of course, wrist weights and other weight cuffs are made from a durable plastic, which is highly resistant to friction and other external influences. Ankle weights are very useful if you want to work on your endurance, muscle strength and general body condition.

Weight vests are available in multiple weights. It is advisable to build up this slowly. A weight vest when running is ideally 10 kg heavy. You can also find weight jackets of 20 kg and 30 kg. If these are used during the training, you will feel as light as a feather during the race.
