Illustrated Map by P. Duval D'Abbeville
The map is a reproduction of a 17th century map. The cartographer is P. Duval D'Abbeville, one of the greatest cartographers ever, who worked for the French King Louis XIV for many years. Although its exact date is unknown, it is certain that this card was made between 1647 and 1683. The globe shows decorations of different vessels, animals and buildings. In addition, important cities are shown. On the inside of the bar globe you can see decorative portraits of various animals and constellations.
